The corner room was on the top floor. i found the view quite lovely. the staff were friendly. Jerry at the front desk was very helpful! a cleaning lady did our room to a high standard daily.
the street is quite busy. the loading lane is poorly marked, causing illegal parking!

I found the staff really good from reception to the bar. I could not have asked for a more helpful experience. the hotel is run well, and it's very clean, i could see that the staff are very helpful.

The location has easy subway access, very useful. i could see that the neighborhood is nice! the brooklyn bridge is within a reasonable walking distance. It was a manageable walk.

The front desk staff demonstrated friendliness.
The lack of drawers in the room created inconvenience. Very few hangers were available and the absence of washcloths proved frustrating. The shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly.

I found my room quite spacious. The train stop nearby was very close. Access to trains was immediate. I bookmarked this place for future visits.
I noticed the halls leading to my room was dark. The carpets also seemed a bit dingy. The room was dark, also the view was hard to see because the windows were dirty.
